·1 lb ribeye, thinly sliced
·1/4 cup soy sauce
·2 tbsp brown sugar
·1 tbsp sesame oil
·1 pear, grated
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1/2 onion, sliced
1.Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pear, and garlic to make the marinade.
2.Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
3.Heat a pan to high heat and sear the beef and onions until caramelized.
4.Serve immediately with warm rice and lettuce leaves.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
