Ingredients

·4 pork or chicken cutlets
·1 cup flour
·2 eggs
·1 cup breadcrumbs
·Salt & pepper
·Oil for frying
·Lemon wedges

Instructions

1.Pound cutlets thin.
2.Dredge in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
3.Heat oil; fry 3–4 minutes per side.
4.Drain and serve with lemon.
