·2 cups aged kimchi, chopped
·1/2 lb pork belly, sliced
·2 cups water (or broth)
·1 tsp gochugaru
·1 tsp minced garlic
·1/2 onion, sliced
·1 tofu block, cubed
1.Sauté pork belly and kimchi in a pot until the pork is cooked.
2.Add water, gochugaru, garlic, and onion; bring to a boil.
3.Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
4.Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.
