·2 tbsp sugar
·2 eggs separated
·1 3/4 cups milk
·1/2 cup melted butter
·1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1.Preheat waffle iron and brush with butter.
2.Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3.Mix egg yolks, milk, butter, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
4.Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold gently into batter.
