·1.5 lbs chicken, cubed
·1 cup yogurt
·2 tbsp lemon juice
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1 tbsp ginger, minced
·1 tbsp garam masala
·1 tsp paprika
·1 tsp salt
1.Mix marinade ingredients.
2.Coat chicken; marinate at least 1 hour.
3.Thread onto skewers.
4.Grill or broil 10–15 minutes, turning once.
5.Serve hot.
