·2 cups cooked rice
·½ lb ground beef
·1 cup spinach
·1 cup shredded carrots
·1 zucchini, sliced
·Handful of bean sprouts
·2 eggs
·2 tbsp soy sauce
·1 tbsp sesame oil
·2 tbsp gochujang
·1 tbsp oil
·Sesame seeds
1.Cook beef with soy sauce; set aside.
2.Sauté veggies separately in oil.
3.Fry eggs sunny-side up.
4.Assemble rice in bowls.
5.Top with beef, veggies, egg, sesame seeds.
6.Add gochujang; mix before eating.
