·1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
·1 cup plain yogurt
·2 tbsp garam masala
·1 tsp turmeric
·1 tsp paprika
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1 tbsp ginger, grated
·1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
·1/2 cup heavy cream
·2 tbsp butter
·Salt
1.Mix yogurt + spices, marinate chicken 1–4 hours.
2.Sear chicken in skillet until browned. Remove.
3.Melt butter, sauté garlic + ginger.
4.Add tomato sauce, simmer 10 mins.
5.Stir in cream, return chicken, simmer 10–15 mins.
6.Salt to taste. Serve with rice.
