·1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
·1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
·2 cups chicken broth
·1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
·1 cup frozen broccoli florets
·1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
·1 tsp onion powder
·Salt & pepper
1.Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2.Dump the raw chicken, rice, broth, soup, S&P and onion powder into the dish; stir to combine.
3.Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
4.Remove foil, stir in the broccoli, and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
5.Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until rice is tender and cheese is bubbly.
