·2 cups cooked cold rice
·1 cup kimchi, chopped
·2 tbsp kimchi juice
·1 tbsp gochujang
·1 tbsp sesame oil
·2 green onions, chopped
·1 tsp sugar
·1 egg
1.Sauté kimchi in a pan until soft.
2.Add rice, gochujang, sugar, and kimchi juice, stirring until well combined.
3.Fry for 3-5 minutes until the rice is slightly crispy.
4.Drizzle with sesame oil and top with a fried egg and green onions.
