·8 slices marble rye bread
·1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
·8 slices Swiss cheese
·1 cup sauerkraut well drained
·Thousand Island dressing
·Butter for grilling
1.Butter one side of each bread slice.
2.On unbuttered side: spread Thousand Island, layer corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut.
3.Top with second slice butter-side out.
4.Cook in a pan over medium heat pressing gently.
5.Cook until bread is golden and cheese is fully melted, about 4 min per side.
6.Cut and serve with dill pickle spear.
