A mountain of tortilla chips loaded with slow-cooked beans, melted cheese, jalapeños, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Built in layers so every chip is covered.

Ingredients

·1 large bag tortilla chips
·2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
·1 can black beans drained
·1 cup corn
·2 jalapeños sliced
·Pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole
·1/2 lb seasoned ground beef optional

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Layer chips on a baking sheet, add half the cheese.
3.Add beans, corn, meat, and jalapeños.
4.Add remaining cheese on top.
5.Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
6.Top with cold toppings: pico, sour cream, guac.
