·1 large bag tortilla chips
·2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
·1 can black beans drained
·1 cup corn
·2 jalapeños sliced
·Pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole
·1/2 lb seasoned ground beef optional
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Layer chips on a baking sheet, add half the cheese.
3.Add beans, corn, meat, and jalapeños.
4.Add remaining cheese on top.
5.Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
6.Top with cold toppings: pico, sour cream, guac.
