·1 lb ground beef
·1 onion, diced
·3 cups corn kernels, blended
·1/2 cup milk
·2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
·1/4 cup black olives
·Salt to taste
1.Sauté ground beef and onions; season with salt and cumin.
2.Spread meat in a baking dish and top with egg slices and olives.
3.Pour the blended corn and milk mixture over the top.
4.Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden.
