·2 cups cooked white rice
·1 cup bean sprouts
·1 cup spinach
·1 carrot, julienned
·1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
·4 oz ground beef (or tofu)
·1 egg (fried or yolk only)
·2 tbsp gochujang sauce
·1 tsp sesame oil
·*Add in any veggies you have on hand
1.Sauté each vegetable separately in a pan with a pinch of salt and set aside.
2.Cook the beef until browned and seasoned with soy sauce.
3.Place rice in a bowl and arrange vegetables and beef in sections on top.
4.Fry the egg and place it in the center.
5.Drizzle with gochujang and sesame oil before mixing.
