·4 strips thick-cut bacon
·4 eggs
·Salt and black pepper
·Fresh parsley optional
Instructions
1.Cook bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally.
2.Remove bacon when crispy, leave 1 tbsp of drippings in pan.
3.Crack eggs into the hot fat. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.
