Recipe

Ingredients

·1 lb cooked lobster meat

·¼ cup mayo

·1 tbsp lemon juice

·1 tbsp celery, finely diced

·4 buns

·2 tbsp butter

Instructions

1.Mix lobster, mayo, lemon, celery.

2.Butter and toast buns.

3.Fill buns with lobster mixture.

Serve immediately.
