·2 slices any bread (homemade, if you're up for it!)
·3 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter
·2 tbsp strawberry jam or grape jelly (again...homemade is great!)
·Optional: banana slices, honey
1.You can toast the bread or leave it soft — both are valid.
2.Spread peanut butter on both slices to the edges — this prevents the jam from soaking through.
3.Add jam generously to one side.
4.Press together.
5.Eat immediately or wrap tightly for lunch.
6.Add banana slices or honey for a new twist on this classic!
