·7 oz firm tofu, cubed
·1/4 cup soy sauce
·2 tbsp maple syrup
·1 tbsp lime juice
·1/4 cup crushed peanuts
·2 green onions, chopped
1.Cook noodles according to package; drain.
2.Pan-fry tofu until crispy.
3.Whisk soy sauce, syrup, and lime juice for sauce.
4.Toss noodles, tofu, and sauce in the pan over medium heat.
5.Garnish with peanuts and green onions.
