·1 lb chicken wings
·1/2 cup cornstarch
·1/2 cup flour
·Oil for frying
·3 tbsp gochujang
·2 tbsp soy sauce
·2 tbsp honey
·1 tbsp minced garlic
·Sesame seeds (optional)
1.Coat chicken in flour and cornstarch mixture.
2.Deep fry until golden, then let cool. Fry again at a higher heat for extra crunch.
3.In a pan, simmer gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
4.Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
