·1.5 lbs beef tenderloin sliced into strips
·8 oz cremini mushrooms sliced
·1 onion diced
·3 cloves garlic
·1 cup beef broth
·2 tbsp Worcestershire
·1 tbsp Dijon mustard
·1 cup sour cream
·12 oz egg noodles cooked
·Fresh parsley
1.Sear beef strips quickly in batches over high heat. Remove.
2.Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until golden.
3.Add broth, Worcestershire, and Dijon. Simmer 5 minutes.
4.Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
5.Return beef and heat gently — never boil after adding sour cream.
6.Serve over egg noodles with fresh parsley.
