Crispy outside, tender inside crab cakes packed with lump crab. Lightly seasoned and pan-fried. Restaurant quality!

Recipe

Ingredients

·1 lb lump crab meat
·½ cup breadcrumbs
·¼ cup mayo
·1 egg
·1 tsp Dijon
·1 tbsp lemon juice
·1 tbsp parsley
·2 tbsp oil

Instructions

1.Mix all ingredients gently.
2.Form into patties.
3.Chill 20 minutes.
4.Heat oil; cook 3–4 min per side.

Serve with lemon.
