Recipe

Ingredients

Dough

·2 cups flour
·½ tsp salt
·¾ cup warm water

Filling

·2 cups mashed potatoes
·1 cup shredded cheddar
·½ onion, sautéed

2 tbsp butter

Instructions

1.Mix dough; knead until smooth. Rest 20 min.
2.Combine filling ingredients.
3.Roll dough; cut circles.
4.Fill and seal dumplings.
5.Boil 3–4 minutes until they float.
6.Pan-fry in butter until golden.

Serve warm. Finish with diced chives.
