1.1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
2.1/4 cup tahini
3.2 tbsp lemon juice
4.1 clove garlic
5.2 tbsp olive oil
6.1/4 tsp cumin
7.Salt to taste
1.Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin in a food processor.
2.Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if too thick.
3.Serve in a bowl, drizzled with olive oil and a dash of paprika.
