·1 tin sardines in olive oil (or spicy oil)
·1 slice crusty sourdough bread, toasted
·1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
·1/2 tsp lemon zest
·Pinch of red pepper flakes
·Flaky sea salt
1.Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
2.Arrange the sardines on top of the toast.
3.Drizzle with a little of the oil from the tin.
4.Sprinkle with parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and sea salt.
