·1 lb ribeye steak shaved paper thin or very thinly sliced
·2 onions thinly sliced
·1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
·4 hoagie rolls split
·Cheez Whiz warmed, or provolone
·Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1.Freeze steak 30 minutes to slice paper thin.
2.Cook onions and peppers on a flat griddle or cast iron until caramelized.
3.Add shaved steak, season, and chop/stir until cooked through.
4.Divide into portions, top with cheese and let melt.
5.Scoop into toasted roll.
