·2 sheets roasted seaweed (nori)
·2 cups cooked seasoned rice
·1 carrot, julienned
·1/2 cup spinach, blanched
·1/4 cup yellow pickled radish
·4 oz ham or crab sticks
·1 tsp sesame oil
Create
1.Lay out seaweed and spread a thin layer of rice on it.
2.Arrange carrots, spinach, radish, and protein in a line across the center.
3.Roll tightly using a bamboo mat.
4.Brush with sesame oil and slice into bite-sized rounds.
