·1 lb flank steak, thin sliced
·3 cups broccoli florets
·3 tbsp soy sauce
·2 tbsp oyster sauce
·1 tbsp brown sugar
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1 tbsp cornstarch
·2 tbsp oil
·½ cup water
1.Toss beef with cornstarch.
2.Heat oil; sear beef, remove.
3.Add garlic, then broccoli + water; steam 3 min.
4.Return beef; add sauces and sugar.
5.Stir until thick and glossy.
Serve with rice or noodles.
