·1 head butter lettuce torn
·1 English cucumber sliced
·2 cups cherry tomatoes
·1/2 red onion thinly sliced
·1 yellow bell pepper sliced
·Radishes sliced
·For vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon, honey, salt, herbs
1.Dry lettuce thoroughly after washing — wet lettuce = diluted dressing.
2.Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
3.Whisk vinaigrette until emulsified.
4.Dress just before serving.
5.Toss gently so all leaves are coated.
6.Season with flaky salt and fresh cracked pepper.
