Ingredients

·1 cup cornmeal (polenta)
·4 cups water
·1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
·1/4 cup heavy cream
·2 tbsp butter

Instruction

1.Cook polenta in water, stir in butter, spread on a tray, and chill until firm.
2.Cut into thick "fry" shapes.
3.Pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy.
4.Melt Gorgonzola and cream in a small saucepan to make a sauce. Serve as a dip.
