Grilled in a cast iron pan until the skin snaps. All-beef frank, yellow mustard, sweet relish, and onions. Sometimes the classics need no improvement.

Ingredients

·4 all-beef hot dogs (I like Nathan's)
·4 hot dog buns
·Yellow mustard
·Sweet relish
·Diced white onion

I don't love raw onion but I do like adding a smear of Duke's mayo for a little zip. We all know, Hot Dogs are blank canvases...drop a comment with the toppings you put on yours.

Instructions

1.Score hot dogs diagonally on both sides.
2.Cook in a dry cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
3.Rotate until all sides are blistered and deeply browned.
4.Toast buns cut-side down in the same pan.
5.Top with mustard, relish, and onion. (Or whatever suits you!)
