Double-fried for maximum crunch, tossed in a buttery Frank's RedHot sauce. These wings have started arguments about whether they are the best anyone has ever eaten. I agree.

Ingredients

·3 lbs chicken wings split
·2 tsp baking powder
·1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder
·1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
·4 tbsp butter melted
·Blue cheese dressing and celery to serve

Instructions

1.Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
2.Refrigerate uncovered on a rack overnight or at least 1 hour.
3.Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, then 425°F for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
4.Combine hot sauce and melted butter for the sauce.
5.Toss wings in sauce and serve immediately with blue cheese and celery.
