Recipe

Ingredients

·1 lb shrimp
·1 cup buttermilk
·1 cup flour
·½ cup cornmeal
·1 tsp paprika
·1 tsp salt
·Oil for frying
·In a pinch, I'll use Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour.

Instructions

1.Soak shrimp in buttermilk 20 min.
2.Mix flour, cornmeal, seasoning.
3.Dredge shrimp.
4.Fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.

Drain and serve hot.
