Spiced ground meat skewers grilled for a smoky finish. Succulent, flavorful, and traditionally served with rice or pita.

Recipe
Ingredients
1.1 lb ground beef or lamb
2.1 small onion, grated
3.1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4.1 tsp cumin
5.1 tsp coriander
6.Salt and pepper
Instructions
1.Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
2.Shape meat around skewers.
3.Grill or pan-sear until browned and cooked through.
Pro-Tip: Since the grill is already hot, I like to grill fresh vegetables for the side.
