Ingredients
·1 lb skirt steak
·1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1/4 cup olive oil
·2 tbsp red wine vinegar
·Salt and pepper
Instructions
1.Whisk parsley, garlic, oil, and vinegar to make the sauce.
2.Season steak with salt and pepper.
3.Grill steak over high heat to your preferred doneness. (Mid-Rare is my favorite.)
4.Top generously with chimichurri sauce before serving.
