Seasoned ground beef in a homemade taco seasoning that beats every packet. Served in crispy corn shells with sharp cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and hot sauce. Tuesday is taco day.

Ingredients

·1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20
·Homemade taco seasoning: cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne
·1/2 cup beef broth
·Crispy corn taco shells
·Shredded sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce

Instructions

1.Brown beef over high heat, breaking apart.
2.Add taco seasoning and broth. Simmer until liquid reduces.
3.The beef should be moist but not soupy.
4.Warm taco shells in a dry oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
5.Build: beef first, then cheese so it melts, then cold toppings.
6.Hot sauce is not optional.
