Hot, bubbling, dangerously addictive. Cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan, and gruyère baked until golden. Every party I bring this to, the dish comes home empty.

Ingredients

·8 oz cream cheese softened
·1/2 cup sour cream
·1/2 cup mayonnaise
·10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
·14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
·1 cup shredded parmesan
·1/2 cup gruyère
·3 cloves garlic minced
·Salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
3.Fold in spinach, artichokes, most of the cheese, and garlic.
4.Season well and transfer to a baking dish.
5.Top with remaining cheese.
6.Bake 25-30 minutes until hot and golden. Serve with bread or chips.
