Recipe
·1 cup pre-cooked cornmeal (masarepa)
·1 1/4 cups warm water
·1/2 tsp salt
·1 tbsp butter
·1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Steps

1.Mix cornmeal, water, and salt until a soft dough forms.
2.Shape into patties and cook on a griddle for 5-7 minutes per side.
3.Slice open and stuff with mozzarella while hot.

Then stuff it with avocado, jalapenos, chorizo...choose your own adventure!
