1.1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2.1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
3.2 tomatoes, diced
4.1/4 cup cooked bulgur
5.2 tbsp olive oil
6.2 tbsp lemon juice
7.Salt to taste
1.Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
2.Add the cooked bulgur.
3.Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, toss well, and season.
