·1 French baguette
·1 stick butter softened
·1 head roasted garlic squeezed out (finely diced works too)
·1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
·1/4 cup parmesan grated
·1/2 tsp lemon zest
·Salt and pepper
1.Roast garlic head at 400°F wrapped in foil for 45 minutes.
2.Squeeze out roasted garlic and mash.
3.Beat into softened butter with parsley, parmesan, lemon zest, salt.
4.Split baguette lengthwise. Spread butter generously.
5.Broil on top rack until edges are charred and butter is bubbling.
6.Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
