·1 lb boneless chicken thighs (bone in works too)
·1 lb baby potatoes, halved
·1/4 cup olive oil
·1 lemon, sliced into rounds
·1 tsp dried rosemary
·1 tsp garlic powder
·Salt & pepper
1.Place potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the chicken.
2.Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with S&P, rosemary and garlic powder.
3.Place lemon slices on top of the chicken.
4.Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
5.Discard lemon slices and serve the chicken and potatoes together.
