Recipe

Ingredients

·1 head cabbage
·1 lb ground pork or beef
·½ cup rice
·1 onion, diced
·2 cups tomato sauce
·2 tbsp oil
·1 tsp salt

Instructions

1.Boil cabbage leaves until soft.
2.Mix meat, rice, onion, salt.
3.Fill and roll cabbage leaves.
4.Place in pot; cover with sauce.
5.Simmer 1 hour until cooked through.
