·1 can (15 oz) black beans
·1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
·1/2 onion, diced
·2 cloves garlic, minced
·1 bay leaf
·1 cup white rice

Instructions

1.Sauté sausage and onion in a pot until browned.
2.Add garlic, beans, and bay leaf; simmer for 15 minutes.
3.Serve over hot white rice.
