Ingredients

1.1 cup brown lentils
2.1 cup rice
3.2 large onions, thinly sliced
4.3 tbsp olive oil
5.1 tsp cumin
6.Salt

Instructions

1.Cook lentils until tender. Cook rice separately.
2.Caramelize onions in olive oil until dark brown.
3.Mix rice and lentils with cumin, then top with onions.

Serve with yogurt.
