·1 lb beef strips
·2 cups mushrooms, sliced
·1 onion, diced
·1 cup beef broth
·½ cup sour cream
·2 tbsp flour
·2 tbsp butter
·Salt & pepper
1.Sear beef; remove.
2.Cook onion and mushrooms in butter.
3.Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.
4.Add broth; simmer until thickened.
5.Return beef; stir in sour cream.
6.Serve over noodles. (Usually egg noodles, but also works with rice or mashed potatoes)
