1.1 lb chicken thighs, sliced
2.1 tbsp olive oil
3.1 tsp cumin
4.1 tsp coriander
5.1/2 tsp turmeric
6.1/2 tsp cinnamon
7.Salt and pepper
1.Toss chicken with oil and all spices.
2.Sauté in a hot skillet until cooked through and slightly charred.
3.Serve in warm pita with pickles and creamy garlic sauce.
