Ingredients

·4 fish fillets (redfish, snapper, or tilapia)
·2 tbsp butter
·1 tbsp paprika
·1 tsp garlic powder
·1 tsp onion powder
·1 tsp cayenne
·Salt

Instructions

1.Mix spices.
2.Coat fish in butter and seasoning.
3.Heat cast iron until very hot.
4.Cook 2–3 minutes per side.

Serve immediately. Over herbed rice pilaf makes the perfect dinner.
