·1/2 cup unsalted butter
·1 cup sugar
·2 large eggs
·1 tsp vanilla
·1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1.Melt chocolate and butter together. Cool slightly.
2.Whisk in sugar until dissolved and glossy.
3.Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
4.Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined.
5.Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
6.Bake at 325°F for 22-25 minutes — they should look underdone.
7.Top with flaky salt. Cool completely before cutting.
