·1.5 lbs beef chuck, cubed
·1 onion, diced
·2 tbsp paprika
·2 cloves garlic
·2 cups beef broth
·2 potatoes, cubed
·2 tbsp oil
·1 tsp salt
1.Brown beef in oil; remove.
2.Cook onion and garlic.
3.Add paprika; stir quickly.
4.Return beef; add broth and potatoes.
5.Simmer 1–1.5 hours until tender.
