·1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut pieces
·1 cup tomato puree
·½ cup heavy cream
·3 tbsp butter
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1 tbsp ginger, minced
·1 tbsp garam masala
·1 tsp cumin
·1 tsp paprika
·1 tsp salt
·1 tbsp oil
·Parsley or other greens for garnish
1.Heat oil; cook chicken until browned; remove.
2.Melt butter; sauté garlic and ginger.
3.Add spices; cook 1 minute.
4.Stir in tomato puree; simmer 10 minutes.
5.Add cream and chicken; simmer 10–15 minutes.
6.Serve hot with rice or naan.
