Ingredients

·3 cups cooked, cold rice
·2 tbsp oil
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1 shallot, sliced
·1 tbsp chili paste (optional)
·2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
·1 tbsp soy sauce
·2 eggs
·½ cup cooked chicken or shrimp
