·8 corn tostadas
·2 cans black beans seasoned with cumin, garlic, allspice
·Avocado crema: 2 avocados, lime juice, salt, garlic
·Pickled red onion: red onion, lime juice, salt, sugar
·Fresh mango diced
·Scotch bonnet hot sauce
·Fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.Season black beans and heat through. Mash slightly for texture.
2.Make avocado crema by blending all ingredients smooth.
3.Quick-pickle red onion in lime juice and salt for 20 minutes.
4.Spread beans on tostadas.
5.Top with avocado crema, pickled onion, and mango.
6.Finish with a few drops of scotch bonnet sauce and cilantro.
